Brittney Bogues

Brittney Bogues is an influential communications executive for several brands, personalities and concepts with a proven track record of securing positive press, engaging public interest and generating significant social media buzz. Brittney is creative, persuasive and highly adaptable to the evolving demands of a dynamic media landscape. Her innovative strategies to increase exposure and brand awareness have led to proven success promoting organizational messaging and championing client interests through interactions with the media, community leaders and other key influencers. Brittney was recognized as being one of the “50 Most Influential Women in Charlotte” in 2019 by the Mecklenburg Times.

Brittney’s “Go Hard or Go Home” leadership has given her the edge in placing her clients in high visibility publications. ESPN, GQ, USA Today, The View and TIME are just a few of the top tier media outlets where clients have been featured. A graduate of Wake Forest University, Brittney’s sports pedigree runs deep as she has managed strategic partnerships, fundraising and event planning for several pro-athletes, corporations and nonprofits. When she is not closing deals and covering press, Brittney is most likely listening to good music, dancing or entertaining.

Brittney is an active member of Junior League of Charlotte, sits on the Wake Forest University Charlotte Executive Board, Juvenile Crime Prevention Council and Always Believe nonprofit.  Brittney is passionate about living life to the fullest and helping others. As a distinguished public relations executive and advocate for women and civil rights, Brittney Bogues has furthered her scope in communications by entering the realm of political communications with the hope of utilizing her strong media relations locally, regionally and nationally to make a real change.

Tyrone "Ty" Bogues

Director of Operations


Ty Bogues, COO and co-founder of Bogues Consulting Group, brings dynamic executive leadership to the firm and its partners. Ty has emerged as a prodigy entrepreneur, co-leading BCG as it provides excellence to its elite client base.

Before forming BCG, Ty co-created the Charlotte Hornets’ NBA youth basketball division. He helped steward the Hornets Hoops program from the ground up. Ty’s successful revenue strategies contributed to the Hornets Hoops generating over $1.2 million. 

Ty honed his skills in relationship management, digital marketing, and administration during his years with the Hornets’ NBA-affiliated program. Partner relations became a forte, and he expertly works with BCG’s partners to the benefit of its clients. His energetic work as COO touches all of these elements. Ty is passionate about “giving back” and teams with Brittney Bogues as they bring their charitable philosophies to BCG’s company culture.

Ty Bogues holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration from Devry University. In his spare time he is an avid golfer, and can be found on the golf course or the basketball courts. He is a foodie who shows his zest for life by trying new cuisine during his many travels, as well as in his home city.


Jacqui Wahl

Director of PR + Events

Jacqui Wahl, Director of PR + Events at Bogues Consulting Group, brings an expansive background and broad skillset to the firm and its clients. Jacqui comes to Bogues Consulting Group from the Charlotte Hornets where she handled events, sales and managed nonprofit activations. Before her time at the Hornets, Jacqui also worked in New York City doing Public Relations in the fashion industry.

Having worked with all types of clients from sports teams to fashion brands to construction companies has provided her with vast experience and the adaptability and creativity needed to work with any type of client and see their vision clearly.

Jacqui has a Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising and Product Development from Florida State University with a minor in business. When she is not planning events or securing press for Bogues Consulting Clients, she is out at sporting events or trying one of the many new restaurants in the ever growing Queen City.”


Megan Miller

Director of Marketing

Megan is recognized in the non-profit and for-profit worlds for her creativity, drive, and leadership; she brings enthusiasm for new challenges and creating integration strategies, particularly those that expand a company’s reach.  Prior to joining Bogues Consulting Group, she served as the Marketing Director for Opera Carolina, Podcast host of XM Divas, and has worked at Corporate HQ’s for Harris Teeter and Best Buy.

Megan’s most recent project is Opera Recycles, as featured in Harper’s Bazaar, this environmental sustainability program turns old print collateral into Couture Fashions. Launched in 2015, it debuted in New York City at New York Fashion Week in October 2016, then returned in 2017, producing her own fashion week show with 13 new Opera Recycles Fashions. This past March the collection made it’s first international appearance during Paris Fashion on the runway of the InterContinental Paris - Le Grand.

Megan brings to Bogues Consulting Group a breadth of knowledge in marketing, advertising and social media. Her diverse and creative background is a vital asset to the BCG team.
